After many months and much to do it has finally arrived. Introducing touchAR from Pyrasoft, Inc. The mobile Remedy app that goes on your phone and gets you working in a matter of minutes. The app that works with your blackberry, iPhone or Android devices - no discrimination here.
touchAR is designed to work effortlessly with ITSM version 7.x. A user can create, modify and query Incidents & Change Requests including their respective Work Log Entries and Tasks. The links on the right to the different applications details the functionality in full.
In order to fully appreciate the immense efforts, GUI & Application design experience that was brought to bear on the creation of the touchAR app, please click on the "app images" link to your right. You will get a first hand look at just how flawlessly the application flows and how easy it is to understand and use.
This app was tested under the harshest of conditions utilizing a combination of technologies. The AR Server was on a Windows 2008 box based in a data center in the United States, the web services server was based in an office in Lahore, Pakistan. running on Linux and the iPhone and BB testers were located in 3 separate West African countries.
We are currently looking for companies willing to test this concept on their own AR servers and within their own secured LAN independently from us. We will install all the necessary back end code and get you going in no time. If interested please use the contact form on this site and let us know.
